eZeePay Prepaid Card & App Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
1.1 eZeePay Financial Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides corporate payroll and payment solutions. This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your use of the eZeePay mobile application (“Application”) and the eZeePay Mastercard prepaid card (“Card”), which may be issued to you by your employer for salary and other payment purposes. The Card is issued by Ajman Bank PJSC (the “Issuer”).
1.2 By accepting the Card or using the Application, you enter into a binding agreement with eZeePay and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Shariah Compliance
The issuance and usage of the eZeePay Card are designed to comply with Islamic Shariah principles.
3. Company Information & Contact
3.1 eZeePay Financial Technologies LLC operates a digital financial technology platform providing payroll facilitation, payment, and related services in collaboration with licensed financial institutions and regulated partners within the United Arab Emirates.

4. Acceptance of Terms
4.1 By using your Card and/or the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Card or Application.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using the Application via your connection understands and complies with these Terms.
5. Additional Policies
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available in the Application and on our website www.ezeepay.com.
7. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer our rights and responsibilities under these Terms to another entity, but we will notify you in writing and ensure your rights remain protected.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, industrial actions, technical failures, or third-party disruptions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the UAE Federal Laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts, without prejudice to the Issuer’s rights in other jurisdictions.
9.2 “Applicable Laws and Regulations” refers to all laws and regulations of Dubai and the UAE as amended from time to time.
10. Cardholder Terms
10.1 Your Card use is subject to compliance with these Terms.
10.2 Your employer may deposit your salary, benefits, commissions, and reimbursements (net of authorized deductions) into your Card account (“Account”).
10.3 Limited information from your Account may be shared with your employer to facilitate payments.
10.4 The Card is non-transferable. eZeePay may cancel or revoke the Card at any time in accordance with the law and employer guidelines.
10.5 You must provide information as reasonably required to comply with UAE laws or other applicable regulations.
11. Card Details
11.1 The Card is a prepaid Mastercard linked to your Account. It is not a credit card and carries no credit line.
11.2 The Card and Account are denominated in AED. Transactions in other currencies will be converted to AED.
11.3 Cards are valid for 5 years. Upon expiry, your employer can request a replacement Card, and your balance will be transferred.
12. Card Setup
You will receive a personalized Card after verification. Your PIN will be shared securely. Sign the back of your Card before use and keep your PIN confidential.
13. Using the Card
13.1 Payments deposited by your employer can be accessed via ATMs, the Application, or point-of-sale terminals.
13.2 You are responsible for ensuring your transactions are legal. The Card cannot be used for prohibited goods or services.
13.3 Some merchants may not accept the Card due to Shariah compliance or Issuer policies. Do not use the Card for gambling, adult services, or non-compliant activities.
13.4 ATM withdrawals within UAE are generally free; fees may apply at other banks. Currency conversions may vary.
13.5 Keep your Card and linked mobile number secure. Any misuse by a third party is at your risk. Update your mobile number promptly.
14. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards
14.1 Contact customer service immediately if your Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused. We will block and replace your Card. Administrative fees may apply.
14.2 Funds on the lost or stolen Card will transfer to the new Card. You may be liable for unauthorized transactions before cancellation.
15. Ownership & Restrictions
15.1 Expired or deactivated Cards must be returned or destroyed.
15.2 eZeePay may delay or block transactions if suspicious activity is detected, including violations of laws, sanctions, or fraudulent use.
16. Liability & Dispute Resolution
16.1 eZeePay is not liable for:
- Misuse of the Card;
- Failed transactions due to insufficient funds or system issues;
- Card non-acceptance;
- Disputes with merchants;
- Authorizations exceeding purchase amounts.
16.2 Employers are responsible for accurate and timely salary payments. eZeePay and the Issuer are not liable for disputes between you and your employer.
16.3 Payments may be subject to legal or administrative claims, and eZeePay must comply with such requests. You agree to indemnify eZeePay for claims arising from this compliance.
16.4 You also indemnify eZeePay for losses caused by your negligence, fraud, or failure to comply with these Terms.
17. Returning Funds
Funds in your Account may be returned to your employer if:
- You withdraw equivalent salary on termination or emergency; or
- Funds were provided for business-related expenses.
18. Service Updates
We may update Card limits, suspend, cancel, or modify services for operational efficiency, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or performance improvements.
19. Application Terms
19.1 Use of the Application requires acceptance of these Terms. Stop using and uninstall the Application if you disagree.
19.2 The Application is intended for UAE residents. International use may be possible, but we are not responsible for compliance in other countries.
20. Access & Updates
20.1 You may access the Application via iOS or Android devices. Permission to use the device is assumed if it is not personally owned.
20.2 Application updates may require downloading the latest version to continue use.
20.3 By using the Application, you consent to technical data collection to improve service.
20.4 You are responsible for data, roaming, or connectivity charges.
20.5 We may suspend access if security or account misuse is suspected.
21. Account Security
21.1 Keep all login and PIN information confidential. Do not share it with third parties.
21.2 Notify us immediately at customer.service@ezeepay.com if your security details are compromised.
22. Application Services
22.1 Through the Application, you can:
- Manage your profile;
- Set/change PIN;
- Track balance and statements;
- Make payments including remittances, bills, or top-ups.
22.2 Payments made via the Application require your authorization. Fees may apply and will be deducted from your Account.
22.3 We may update, add, or remove services at our discretion.
23. Intellectual Property
23.1 All content and software in the Application are owned or licensed by eZeePay. You have a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.
23.2 You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Application without authorization.
23.3 Breach of these rules may result in termination of your license.
24. Third-Party Links
The Application may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.
25. Data Mining & Use Restrictions
Automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities on the Application are prohibited. The Application is intended for use by UAE residents; international access is at your own risk.
26. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. For Account-related concerns, contact hello@ezeepay.com.
27. Liability Disclaimer
27.1 eZeePay is not liable for losses beyond what is unlawful to limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
27.2 The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties. Use is at your own risk.
27.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account.
27.4 eZeePay, the Issuer, and partners are not responsible for processing delays beyond reasonable control.
27.5 The Application is for personal use only; no commercial use is allowed.
27.6 You indemnify eZeePay and the Issuer for claims, errors, or unauthorized access caused by misuse of the Application or inaccurate information.

29. Viruses & Security
29.1 We strive to keep the Application secure but cannot guarantee it is virus-free.
29.2 You are responsible for your own device security.
29.3 Do not introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may be reported to law enforcement.
30. Application Updates
We may update the Application at any time to improve services, security, or functionality.
31. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or withdraw the Application partially or fully for operational reasons. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
